Email info@recandchill.com with your business name, contact details, website if available, the goods or services you offer, your service area, and relevant experience. Share enough information for the team to understand how your work relates to Rec & Chill.

What to include in a proposal

• A clear description of the goods, services, or deliverables.
• Itemized pricing, expected lead times, and how long the quote is valid.
• Delivery, setup, accessibility, and support details where relevant.
• Any cancellation conditions, ongoing charges, or dependencies.

Discuss any licenses, insurance, safeguarding, or data-handling requirements relevant to the proposed work with the team.

Before work begins

An inquiry or proposal is not an order or an approved-vendor designation. Obtain written confirmation from an authorized Rec & Chill representative before starting work or incurring costs. Confirm the scope, price, payment terms, and the correct billing contact in that agreement.

Disclose conflicts of interest and avoid gifts or incentives intended to influence a decision. Treat participants and staff respectfully and use information received through an engagement only as agreed.

Verify payment and document requests

Do not send bank details, tax identifiers, identity documents, or account credentials with an initial inquiry. Agree a suitable method with the team if sensitive documents are later needed. Independently verify a request to change payment instructions using a previously confirmed contact.
