What you can report

You can raise concerns about suspected misconduct, discrimination, harassment, conflicts of interest, misuse of funds or resources, dishonest conduct, or improper handling of information connected with Rec & Chill.

How to raise a concern

Email info@recandchill.com with the subject Ethics report. Describe what happened, approximately when and where, who or what was involved, and why it concerns you. Separate what you observed from what you believe may have happened. Include a way to contact you if you want a response.

Preserve relevant records. Start with a concise description and ask how to share sensitive evidence. Do not obtain records through unauthorized access or send unnecessary private information about anyone involved.

Privacy and follow-up

If your concern involves someone who may have access to this inbox, consider a suitable independent authority or adviser rather than sending sensitive details here. Applicable legal rights and external reporting options are not restricted by this page.

Raise concerns honestly and in good faith. Do not threaten or retaliate against someone for raising a concern or assisting with its review.
