Mobile Recreational Experiences

Upon confirmation of availability, a $50 deposit will be required to reserve your selected game(s) and date. The deposit will be applied toward final payment, which will be discussed prior to and is due before drop-off or pickup.

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit the full deposit. If cancellation is due to unforeseen weather conditions, a full rain check towards a future date shall be given. When equipment is reserved, it is taken out of inventory so no one else can reserve it for that specific day. Cancellation fees help cover both incurred costs and potential loss of business because equipment was unavailable to rent to other customers.

Damages include, but are not limited to, returning the equipment with paint scratches, dents, missing pieces, damage that hinders the functionality of the equipment, and other damage beyond normal wear and tear to be determined in the sole discretion of Rec and Chill. For any damage to equipment caused by the customer or the customer’s agents, Rec and Chill reserves the right to charge the customer replacement fees, including the cost of equipment replacement pieces up to the full cost of equipment replacement.

Customer waives any rights to recovery from Rec and Chill for any injuries that customer, and/or any individuals that utilize the equipment while under customer’s possession, may sustain while using the equipment under this agreement. Further, Rec and Chill is not liable for any personal injury or property damage if the equipment is improperly used, the equipment malfunctions in any way, or for any other reason whatsoever related to the customer and others’ use of the equipment. Rec and Chill are only financially responsible and liable for up to but not to exceed the payment and deposit received by the renter, for the rental price of the equipment during the rental period agreed upon. The renter acknowledges that they are solely responsible for assuring that their guests are using the lawn games in a safe and civil manner. The renter agrees that any and all bodily injuries sustained, up to and including death, are the responsibility of the renter and their guests. The renter and guests indemnify and hold harmless Rec and Chill from any and all legal action. A signed waiver from the renter shall be signed and dated before or the day of delivery or pickup.

Rec and Chill requires a rental deposit of $50 paid via Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay from the renter and held until the games are dropped off to your location or picked up from our location. The $50 deposit is solely used to reserve and secure the game(s) and date requested and will be applied towards the final payment. The final payment in the amount of the outstanding balance is due before drop-off. We accept payments of cash and PayPal.
