Wellness Bags,
with the person in mind.

Access Granted delivers customized Wellness Bags to older adults, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and underserved community members.

Activities can be chosen around ability, sensory preferences, cognitive engagement, and wellness goals. The aim is to encourage independence, self-expression, and recreation as part of everyday well-being.

What could be inside?

Small tools. Many ways to play.

Every bag is different. Items may include:

Journals and affirmation cards that make room for self-expression.
